“ I have used this place to replace a broken skylight cover. They recommended the appropriate safety glass as this sits over my couch. I have purchased a mirror (glass that I added my own frame to for a bathroom - very high quality. I have since purchased an even larger one. Both mirrors have been solid, no warping or change in their reflective quality after years of humid showers. I say this because I have cheap mirrored bathroom doors in a little used bathroom and the quality is noticeable. Unlike the high quality bedroom closet doors that have remained sharp and clear, the cheap HD bathroom doors the previous owners installed have a haze that cannot be buffed out. Those doors will be our next replacement item because they always look dirty. Good glass and mirrors are not cheap so I come here. I have used them for picture frame glass. I did not choose museum quality glass as none of my art is worth the extra expense nor do they get any sunlight. It's holding up. I replaced a 60" glass table top. It's still holding up after many years. They have just been a go to store for several of our glass needs and always worked out for us. There are a few times they just did quotes and we did not need the item after all.”

“ Our dog broke the lower window pane and needed a speedy replacement. I was given a quote over the phone, the glass man came to take measurements from the outside because I was at work. When he was trying to measure, our eager dog was pounding on the upper glass pane (lower has been covered with cardboard) and he was afraid it would break. I got a call from the secretary to let me know, and when I said I could be there in 15 min. the repair man agreed to wait for me. He was very gracious when I showed up. Took measurements and was given a lower quote than the original. The glass window was replaced the following day. I'm very pleased with their level of service and workmanship. Very affordable. “ I have to give them high marks for getting my bathroom window taken care of. I wanted a garden window with frosted glass. The glass is also called double glazed; the kind you cannot see through for privacy. Not something that is readily available. I had contacted a lot of other places and they would take their sweet time calling me back. After checking with the manufacturer, all said no, it could not be done. I figure it was such a small job, they probably were not that interested in my business. Sierra Glass was interested and kept me up to date, apologizing for the time it was taking. It did take a couple of months since it was essentially a custom order. They came out for a measurement. They came back out after the initial install to bring a better shelf and put it some custom brackets/molding. To me, it did not look like it was an easy thing to do. The final product looks very good. There are no cracks in the plaster. They essentially retro-fitted the old window frame with a new garden window. This was a full two day job for them. Most of the delays and challenges were due to the manufacturer, according to them. Given the unique nature of what I was getting, that's probably a fair excuse. The cost was $1700 after all was said and done. I'll use them again.”
